Your background includes managing UX projects and working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, and Product. You excel in facilitation and stakeholder management, and you have vendor management experience. Your understanding of the product development lifecycle allows you to navigate complex projects effectively. You are passionate about user-centered development tools and methodologies, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where communication is key.
You have 7 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field within a technology or creative environment. Your experience managing UX projects has equipped you with the skills to drive projects that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
As a Senior UX Program Manager at Google, you will drive projects within the UX organization, focusing on increasing communication and connection points while streamlining the UX design process. You will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and facilitating the team’s product lifecycle process, tools, and documentation.
