You are a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in sales, particularly in managing acquisition funnels from lead management to opportunity closing. You have a strong focus on key markets, especially Brazil, and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Your attention to detail ensures data accuracy and effective system usage, which are critical in your role. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with senior management to drive growth through innovative tools and strategies.
Fluency in German is a significant asset, as it allows you to engage effectively with diverse partners and clients. Experience in workplace wellness or related fields is a plus, as it aligns with our mission to promote wellbeing in the workplace. You are familiar with sales automation tools and have a knack for analyzing sales processes to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement.
In this role, you will own the acquisition funnel end to end, managing leads and converting them into opportunities. You will collaborate with the Sales Automation Senior Manager to enhance conversion rates and support local market campaigns. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales processes continuously, identifying operational gaps, and optimizing how opportunities are managed across the funnel. You will also engage with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in sales strategies, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
