What you'll do

As a Renewals Specialist at MongoDB, you will take ownership of the renewal process for our customer base, starting 120 days prior to contract expiration. You will work directly with customers to ensure their contracts are renewed seamlessly, maintaining strong relationships throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with our sales and customer success teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, contributing to the growth and retention of our customer partnerships. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing our renewal processes and playbooks, helping to create a world-class renewal experience for MongoDB customers. Your contributions will directly impact MongoDB's business success and customer satisfaction.
