voize is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the adoption of their AI solutions in healthcare. You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market and SME customers, ensuring effective implementation and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or healthcare sectors. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at driving adoption and engagement through structured processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers is key to your success in this role. You thrive in environments where you can make a tangible impact and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer needs while maintaining a focus on delivering value. You appreciate the nuances of working in healthcare and understand that good judgment is as important as good processes.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end rollout and success of 30–50 commercial customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from voize's AI solutions. You will drive customer adoption through clear processes and proactive communication, helping clients integrate our technology into their daily workflows. You will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any challenges that arise. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your customer accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. Your proactive approach will help ensure that customers not only adopt our solutions but also see measurable improvements in their operations.
