Microsoft is seeking a Senior Device Validation Engineer to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction through debugging and implementing solutions. You'll work closely with Windows architecture and platforms in Hyderabad.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. With experience in debugging software issues on various Windows architectures and platforms, you understand the importance of ensuring Microsoft devices delight users. You are familiar with real-time, embedded firmware and have a knack for analyzing and designing effective solutions that improve product quality and reliability. Your background includes development activities such as integration and configuration management, and you are comfortable setting up labs and automating frameworks. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive.
In this role, you will be responsible for debugging software issues across different Windows architectures and platforms, ensuring that Microsoft devices meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will design and implement solutions that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the Windows Silicon and Systems Integration team. Your development activities will include integration and configuration management, where you will set up labs and automate frameworks to streamline processes. You will assist in building and maintaining telemetry pipelines, contributing to data modeling and reporting, and maintaining and improving telemetry dashboards. Your understanding of real-time, embedded firmware will be critical in isolating and fixing problems quickly, ensuring that our products continue to delight users.
