You have a proven track record in sales development, ideally with experience managing teams and driving performance. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with business goals and have a keen ability to analyze performance metrics to drive improvements. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in identity security or related fields, is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and cloud-native platforms will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies that can enhance your team's effectiveness.
As the Manager of Sales Development Representatives, you will lead a team focused on generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. You will work closely with Quota Carrying Reps to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
