Sr Application Engineer (Salesforce Agentforce AI)

Who you are

You have a strong background in application engineering with a focus on AI technologies, particularly Salesforce Agentforce AI. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully integrated AI solutions into existing systems, enhancing productivity and decision-making processes. Your expertise in cloud platforms like Azure allows you to leverage scalable solutions that meet the demands of modern healthcare.

You possess a deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and have a proven track record in SaaS product development. Your knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect ensures that you can implement secure and efficient systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at addressing team dysfunctions, fostering trust and accountability.

Your experience includes on-call responsibilities for production-grade systems, where you've demonstrated your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
