What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn the ins and outs of digital sales, equipping you with the skills necessary to succeed in the field. Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their business. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to reach $90,000-$100,000 in your first year. You will also enjoy a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, allowing for variety in your daily tasks. As you grow in your role, you will have the chance to advance into leadership or more advanced sales positions, contributing to a people-first culture that values collaboration and recognition.
