What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs, you will champion a Human-Led, AI-Accelerated approach to recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be to transform Talent Acquisition Operations from a reactive support function into a proactive, product-driven platform. You will lead initiatives that integrate AI and automation into the hiring process, enhancing recruiter productivity and improving decision quality.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in People, Finance, Legal, and Technology to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve piloting and scaling automation capabilities that streamline workflows and reduce low-value tasks for recruiters.

You will also be responsible for establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs, ensuring that they deliver predictable and scalable outcomes. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will empower your team to innovate and adapt to the evolving landscape of recruitment.
