Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to working as part of a team to achieve this goal. You are adaptable and willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, showing your dedication to meeting customer expectations.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with high-tech inspection centers. You may also have a background in automotive repair or restoration, which can enhance your understanding of the painting process and its impact on vehicle aesthetics.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths. Your primary task will be to match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish that meets our high standards. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
