Desirable

Experience with PagerDuty's suite of applications or similar platforms is a plus. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards will enhance your ability to manage financial systems effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and support PagerDuty's portfolio of financial systems, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. You will oversee the implementation of system strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. Collaborating closely with teams across Revenue, GL Accounting, Tax & Treasury, Procurement, FP&A, and Operations, you will deliver technical solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

You will lead a team of IT product managers and system administrators, guiding them in their professional development and helping them navigate challenges in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in championing process improvements and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
