Esri is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and promote the adoption of Esri’s technology. This role requires experience in partner management and strategic alignment.
You have a strong background in partner management, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with systems integrators and business partners. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive revenue and enhance market presence in sectors such as utilities, telecom, and rail. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with organizational goals. You are passionate about technology and its adoption, and you enjoy mentoring and supporting your team members to achieve collective success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to identify and leverage sales opportunities is complemented by your strategic mindset, enabling you to align partner offerings with Esri’s objectives. You are results-driven, always seeking ways to enhance partner engagement and drive business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with Esri account managers and business development teams to create and implement sales and marketing plans tailored for partners. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities and work to align the needs of Esri’s sales teams with the capabilities of partners. Your efforts will focus on driving results by identifying key growth partners within the Esri Partner Network Program.
You will leverage your expertise to mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of collaboration and success. Your role will involve engaging with both existing and potential partners, ensuring they fully understand and can utilize Esri’s technology to meet their business objectives.
