LaunchDarkly is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive customer adoption and sales of their platform. You'll engage with prospects, customize demos, and maintain relationships with existing customers. This role requires experience in sales and familiarity with cloud architectures like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Who you are

You are a sales-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer success and product knowledge. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with managers and sales engineers to ensure customers successfully adopt LaunchDarkly's platform. Your ability to qualify and convert leads quickly is matched by your understanding of third-party architectures such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, which you leverage to articulate the value of our usage-based pricing model. You have a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and building lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating product capabilities and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will qualify and convert inbound leads at a rapid pace, successfully prospecting into target accounts. You will articulate and sell the value of LaunchDarkly's platform subscriptions, preparing for and running discovery sessions with new prospects. Your responsibilities will include customizing and delivering demos in collaboration with the Solutions Engineering team, as well as running proof of concepts for prospects. You will own and develop relationships with existing customers, guiding them through a successful adoption of our platform while consistently hitting revenue targets. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes, ensuring all data in tools like Salesforce, Aviso, and Outreach is current. You will also be responsible for accurately forecasting sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
