Overview

Axon is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and grow revenue at designated agencies. You'll develop client relationships and execute account strategies to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer needs.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships that drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at navigating complex client environments. You are proactive in identifying opportunities and have a strategic mindset that allows you to collaborate effectively with your account team. You are comfortable using internal systems to track customer activity and ensure that account strategies are executed efficiently. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders and bring in specialists when necessary. You are committed to understanding your customers' businesses and workflows, ensuring that you can deliver relevant value propositions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a designated territory in the Southeast, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share at assigned agencies. You will develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with your account team, ensuring that you deliver strong value propositions to your clients. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer activity in internal systems to identify additional opportunities for growth. You will cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction and understanding their unique needs. You will oversee all account activities for your book of business, maintaining a proactive approach to account management. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and keeping management informed about account statuses, gathering intelligence on competitors to inform your strategies.
