You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at navigating complex client environments. You are comfortable using internal systems to track customer activity and ensure that account strategies are executed efficiently. In this role, you will manage a designated territory in the Southeast, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share at assigned agencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and keeping management informed about account statuses, gathering intelligence on competitors to inform your strategies.
