Brex is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead and develop a world-class customer success team. You'll focus on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion while delivering a seamless customer experience. You have a proven track record in customer success management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering, enabling your team to excel in driving customer adoption and retention. You understand the importance of delivering a value-driven customer experience and have a passion for helping customers succeed. You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to inform strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating challenges while maintaining a focus on team performance and customer outcomes.
Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You have a strong understanding of customer success metrics and best practices, and you are adept at using tools that facilitate customer engagement and feedback. Your ability to coach and mentor team members is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
As the Manager of Customer Success at Brex, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer adoption and retention, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Brex's offerings. You will coach your team to build strong relationships with customers, helping them navigate the platform and achieve their business goals. You will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborating closely with sales and product teams, you will ensure that customer insights inform product development and service enhancements. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of recognition and celebration of team achievements, motivating your team to excel in their roles.
