What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain detailed financial models that include business plans, valuations, and scenario analyses. You will assist in debt and equity fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, and data rooms. Your responsibilities will also include supporting ongoing investor communication, performance updates, and responding to investor queries. You will play a key role in M&A activities, assisting with target screening, preliminary evaluations, and due diligence processes. You will collaborate with finance and strategy teams to drive strategic initiatives that align with Upstox's mission of making wealth creation accessible to every Indian.
