Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician to perform paintless dent repair using advanced techniques. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience and offers a $6,000 bonus.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your background demonstrates a commitment to quality and precision in automotive repair, ensuring that every vehicle you work on meets high standards of excellence. You are familiar with the latest tools and technologies used in the industry, allowing you to perform repairs efficiently and effectively.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to the needs of the business. Your strong communication skills enable you to work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to the workplace culture. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and take pride in delivering exceptional service to every client.

Desirable

Experience with various automotive repair roles, such as paint, prep/body work, wheel repair, airbrush, interior repair, and glass repair, would be a plus. You are open to learning new techniques and expanding your skill set within the automotive repair industry.

What you'll do

As an Experienced PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize advanced techniques to repair dents caused by hail, creases, and body lines, ensuring that the vehicles are restored to their original condition. Your role will involve assessing damage, determining the best repair methods, and executing repairs with precision.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, using state-of-the-art tools to perform your repairs. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you strive to meet the high standards set by Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other automotive professionals, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance the overall quality of repairs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will contribute to a positive work environment by supporting your colleagues and fostering teamwork. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.
