Overview

BridgeBio is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead the U.S. launch and commercialization of a pioneering therapy in the rare disease space. This role requires developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive awareness and product uptake.

Desirable

Experience in launching therapies in the rare disease market is a plus. Familiarity with patient engagement strategies and stakeholder management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in life sciences or a related field will be beneficial as you work closely with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will lead the U.S. launch and commercialization of a groundbreaking therapy in the rare disease sector. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive awareness and facilitate patient identification. Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups, to ensure successful product uptake. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other members of the commercial leadership team to shape the long-term strategy for the rare disease portfolio. You will analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform your strategies and ensure that your team is well-equipped to meet the challenges of the market. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
