Imply is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to redefine observability and security data solutions. You'll partner with customers to design tailored solutions and demonstrate the capabilities of Imply Lumi. This role requires strong customer engagement skills and a background in data technologies.
You have a strong background in customer engagement and a passion for data technologies — your experience allows you to understand customer challenges and design tailored solutions that meet their needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customers to unlock the potential of their data. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner sets you apart, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for innovation and improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. You understand the importance of observability and security data in driving business decisions and are excited about the impact that Imply Lumi can have on organizations.
Experience with observability tools and data management solutions is a plus — familiarity with technologies like Apache Druid or similar platforms will help you excel in this role. A background in data architecture or analytics will also be beneficial as you work to demonstrate the value of Imply Lumi to customers.
In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing Imply Lumi to life for our customers — you will partner closely with them to understand their unique challenges and design solutions that leverage our innovative observability warehouse. Your role will involve demonstrating how Lumi can unlock new levels of speed, scale, and value from their data, ensuring that customers can make informed decisions based on real-time insights. You will collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to refine our offerings and ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our clients. Your insights will help shape the future of our product as you gather feedback and share it with our development teams. You will also play a key role in educating customers about best practices in observability and security data management, helping them to maximize the benefits of our technology.
