Truebill is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate - Influencer to expand their offline footprint and maximize growth through influencer partnerships. You'll be responsible for sourcing influencers, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools.

In this role, you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager - Influencer and play a key role in expanding Rocket Money's offline presence. You will be responsible for influencer sourcing, outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign execution. Your day-to-day tasks will involve optimizing user acquisition strategies through the Influencer channel, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed return on ad spend (ROAS) targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for influencers and talent managers, fostering strong relationships that contribute to the success of marketing initiatives. You will analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies. Your contributions will directly impact Rocket Money's growth trajectory as you help the team navigate the hyper-growth phase.
