As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of our services and drive user acquisition. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will participate in classroom training followed by field training, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in your position. You will also have opportunities for recognition and incentives, including the chance to join the annual President’s Club Trip based on your performance.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to reach around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year.
