You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable and reliable systems. Your background includes working with real-time communication technologies, and you understand the intricacies of VoIP systems. You are proficient in Java and have a solid grasp of AI technologies, which you leverage to enhance user experiences.
