You have a strong background in technical account management, with a focus on cybersecurity and customer success. Your experience includes establishing long-term relationships with clients and understanding their strategic goals to drive business results. You are skilled in providing project leadership and architectural guidance, particularly in the context of Zero Trust security initiatives. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring that each receives the attention and expertise it deserves. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to provide clear and constructive feedback to both clients and internal teams. You are passionate about helping organizations enhance their cyber resilience and are committed to continuous personal and professional development.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, particularly with Zero Trust frameworks. Familiarity with Illumio's products or similar technologies will help you hit the ground running. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging requests and driving successful outcomes for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring that you understand their strategic goals and how Illumio's solutions can impact their business results.
