What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth delivery process. Your role will involve engaging with customers both in person and through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
