Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and you have a solid understanding of design principles and best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance user experiences and are excited about the challenges that come with designing for innovative technologies. You have experience in conducting user research and usability testing, allowing you to iterate on designs based on real user feedback. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders, articulating your design rationale clearly and effectively.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven design projects or familiarity with AI technologies is a plus. A background in UX research or interaction design would also be beneficial, as it complements your product design skills and enhances your ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces for HubSpot's AI concierge and go-to-market tools, ensuring that they are intuitive and engaging for users. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define the user experience and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating on your designs based on user feedback. You will also work on extending HubSpot's core product with AI-first tools, focusing on improving efficiency for go-to-market teams. Your designs will have a direct impact on how customers interact with HubSpot's products, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement through innovative design solutions.
