Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in program management, particularly in customer experience design, where you've successfully led projects that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from complex data sets, and you possess a strong understanding of performance metrics that drive business success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at multitasking, ensuring that you can manage various projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate technical insights into actionable strategies. You are detail-oriented and have a keen ability to question existing processes, always seeking optimization opportunities. Your consumer-oriented mindset drives you to prioritize customer needs in every project you undertake.

You have a background in finance or consulting, which gives you a unique perspective on project planning and execution. Your experience with data tools, particularly SQL, enhances your ability to analyze and present data-driven insights that inform decision-making. You are proactive and take initiative, ensuring that you lead projects to successful completion while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience in quality assurance or related fields is a plus, as it complements your project management skills and enhances your ability to deliver high-quality outcomes. Familiarity with various data analysis tools beyond SQL will further strengthen your profile, allowing you to leverage technology effectively in your role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager in Coupang's Customer eXperience Design team, you will lead the Andon Planning team in establishing and managing performance indicators that align with organizational goals. You will analyze current situations using data-driven insights to develop comprehensive plans aimed at achieving these goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and propose effective solutions based on thorough data analysis.

You will participate in ad-hoc projects that contribute to the effective operation of the Andon organization, ensuring that customer experience remains at the forefront of all initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in maximizing team performance and driving the creation of exceptional customer experiences. You will also support organizational cultural activities, contributing to the overall growth and development of the team.
