What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and develop AI solutions that leverage Generative AI and NLP to meet the risk management requirements of SoFi. You will work closely with the Director of Risk Analytics to conceptualize and prototype innovative AI applications that enhance data processing and reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing best-in-class AI-based solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the risk management function.

You will be instrumental in analyzing data and generating insights that drive decision-making within the independent risk organization. Your role will involve continuous improvement of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they remain effective and relevant in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for AI implementation across the organization.
