Overview

Emburse is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive post-sales success for a portfolio of customers. You'll focus on customer adoption and delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires strong customer relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and ensuring customers realize the full value of the solutions provided. Your ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions is key to your success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customers to expand their services and products, ensuring they achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey value propositions and drive customer engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Desirable

Experience in the travel and expense management industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into customer needs and expectations.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Emburse, you will be responsible for the post-sales success of a diverse portfolio of customers. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing the solutions provided, driving adoption and satisfaction.
