Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in product design or UX. You possess a strong portfolio showcasing your work and have a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. With 15 years of experience in product design or UX, you have led design projects for at least 6 years. Your expertise includes designing for native iOS app experiences in Android, and you are proficient in visual design and high-fidelity prototyping using industry tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, and Rive. You have a knack for creating visionary north-star product experiences, focusing on modern UX principles and generative AI to unlock novel interaction paradigms.

What you'll do

At Google, you will lead the development of innovative design solutions that address user, product, and business problems. You will own a design process, design system, or design language across teams or products, guiding UX designers in creating design concepts for user research and testing. Your role will involve envisioning how users will experience Google products, bringing that vision to life in a way that feels inspired and refined. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, and Writers, ensuring that complex tasks are made intuitive and easy-to-use for billions of users worldwide.
