Guidepoint is hiring a Project Manager for their Client Service team to efficiently deliver services to clients worldwide. You'll manage client relationships and lead a team of Associates. This role requires strong project and relationship management skills.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in client service environments. You thrive in team-focused settings and are skilled at building relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service delivery sets you apart. You are eager to advance your career and develop your project, people, and relationship management skills further. You are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where individual contributions are recognized and rewarded.
Experience in a consulting or advisory role would be beneficial, as would familiarity with research methodologies and market analysis. A background in training or mentoring team members is a plus, as you will be responsible for guiding Associates in best practices for client interactions.
As the Project Manager for Client Service at Guidepoint, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will manage a team of Associates, overseeing their work and providing training on best practices for sourcing and recruiting Advisors. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Business Development teams to optimize client engagement with Guidepoint’s services. You will also work with other Project Managers to provide industry insights and guidance for various projects, ensuring that the team delivers valuable and actionable insights to clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, addressing any challenges that arise, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.
