Asana is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to enhance the mobile experience for users. You'll collaborate closely with Product Designers and PMs, focusing on delivering high-quality code and improving engineering standards. This role requires 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
You have 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering, specifically with iOS development, and have a strong understanding of mobile best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Designers and PMs to create seamless user experiences. You are passionate about maintaining a clean and efficient codebase, and you enjoy mentoring others while providing constructive feedback during code and design reviews. You are adept at leveraging the latest tools and SDKs to accelerate mobile development and improve team efficiency.
Experience with hybrid models and a strong understanding of the latest mobile technologies will set you apart. You are familiar with agile methodologies and have a track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications that meet user needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for shipping fast and delivering high-quality experiences to Asana's global users. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design partners to elevate engineering standards through strategic technical investments. Your contributions will include crafting well-documented, well-structured, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices. You will also help the team improve by providing thoughtful feedback in code and design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and owning Areas of Responsibility (AoRs) within the team. You will play a key role in accelerating Asana's Mobile teams by leveraging the latest practices, tooling, and SDKs to enhance the overall user experience.
