Rula is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead their paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel. You have over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media strategies that drive scalable growth and ROI. Your expertise in managing large budgets has equipped you with the skills to optimize marketing campaigns effectively. You are adept at leading high-performing teams and collaborating with agency partners to achieve marketing goals.
You possess a deep understanding of modern measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and incrementality testing. This knowledge allows you to make data-driven decisions that unlock growth opportunities. Your analytical mindset helps you forecast and report on channel performance, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

As the Director of Performance Marketing at Rula, you will lead the strategy for paid media and performance marketing across the entire direct-to-consumer (DTC) funnel. Your primary responsibility will be to drive scalable growth while maintaining a strong ROI discipline across a nine-figure budget. You will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring that each member is equipped to contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.
You will partner closely with analytics teams to implement modern measurement and experimentation frameworks. This includes utilizing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels and making informed decisions based on data insights. Your role will involve planning, forecasting, and reporting on channel performance, allowing you to scale patient starts efficiently.
Continuous testing will be a key aspect of your role, as you will experiment with creative strategies, targeting options, bidding techniques, and new marketing channels. You will oversee performance and brand paid media programs, ensuring that they align with Rula's mission and values.
