Samsara is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Planning Analyst to join their Global Support Operations & Strategy team. You'll be responsible for advanced forecasting and capacity planning in a multi-channel contact center. This role requires strong data analysis and workforce management skills.
You have a strong background in data analysis and workforce management — you understand how to leverage data to optimize resources and improve operational efficiency. Your analytical skills allow you to forecast needs accurately and develop strategic plans that align with business objectives. You are detail-oriented and possess a natural problem-solving ability, which helps you navigate complex challenges in a dynamic environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service level objectives are met. You are also comfortable using various analytical tools and methodologies to derive insights from data.
Experience in a contact center environment is a plus — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing workforce planning in a 24x7 operation. Familiarity with resource optimization techniques and capacity planning strategies will set you apart.
