You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to create value for customers. You are passionate about empowering organizations to innovate and improve their operational workflows using Airtable. You understand the importance of storytelling in sales and can effectively communicate the benefits of no-code solutions to decision-makers.

What you'll do

As a Lead Solutions Consultant at Airtable, you will collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify and qualify revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts. Your role will involve leading technical evaluations and compelling decision-makers to choose Airtable as their operational workflow management tool. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Airtable can transform their business processes. You will also work closely with Sales, Services, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each organization you work with. You will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the capabilities and advantages of Airtable's platform.
