Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Wagmo, you will play a critical role in fueling the company's enterprise growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects in large enterprise organizations. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to nurture initial interest in Wagmo's benefits offering, ensuring that you understand the needs of potential clients and how Wagmo can meet those needs. You will conduct outreach efforts, utilizing Salesforce to track your interactions and manage your pipeline effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with the Broker Channel Lead to develop strategies for engaging with potential clients and driving interest in Wagmo's services.
You will also participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your efforts will directly impact Wagmo's growth trajectory, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment that values authenticity and efficiency.
