Pinterest is hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead to manage the People budget and improve organizational effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in operations management.
You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a tech or creative environment — you understand how to drive organizational effectiveness and manage large budgets. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building scalable processes that enhance productivity. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret data and make informed decisions that align with business goals. You thrive in high-visibility roles and are adept at communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment and believe in the power of data to inform strategy.
Experience in managing budgets over $70M is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency. You have a background in people operations or human resources, which gives you insight into the unique challenges faced by organizations in managing their workforce. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and governance of the People organization at Pinterest. You will manage the People budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with People leadership, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that investments in people and programs deliver measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include developing tools and reporting frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. You will also be tasked with analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational processes. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Pinterest's People strategy.
