What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of ML-driven capabilities that enhance Loopio’s platform. You will be responsible for building intelligent workflows that combine agentic planning, tool orchestration, and continuous feedback loops to improve automation and personalization. You will explore and implement advanced modeling techniques, ensuring that solutions are innovative and measurable in impact. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation across semantic retrieval and multi-agent orchestration, ultimately transforming customer efficiency and outcomes.
