Talkspace is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities in their behavioral health platform. You'll collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to enhance user engagement and safety. This role requires experience in product management and knowledge of AI and ML.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI and machine learning. You understand how to translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and have a knack for prioritizing product roadmaps that align with organizational goals. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. As a Product Manager at Talkspace, you will lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered features within our behavioral health platform. Your role will involve leading ideation sessions and executing features that enhance user engagement, safety, and outcomes. You will translate AI and ML capabilities into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. You will define key performance indicators for features and monitor their performance through A/B testing and analytics. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and design teams to drive product success. You will also be responsible for maintaining a prioritized product backlog and writing clear requirements that guide the development process.
