Zerocater is seeking a Head of Sales for their Corporate Cafe Solutions to drive new revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team. This role requires experience in corporate catering sales and a proven track record in leadership.

Who you are

You are an ambitious sales leader with a strong background in selling corporate catering and cafeteria solutions to large companies in North America. With a proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales talent, you have consistently exceeded revenue goals and thrive in high-growth environments. You are comfortable in a player/coach role, actively hunting for new enterprise customers while also scaling the sales team. Your leadership style fosters a culture of excellence and productivity within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's mission and vision.

You possess the insight and experience needed to build effective sales processes, playbooks, and systems that will enable your team to succeed nationally. You are resilient and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges head-on and drive significant revenue growth for Zerocater. Your ability to mentor and coach existing sales teams is crucial in building a strong sales culture that prioritizes performance and results.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in partnership with finance, ensuring that all hiring, new revenue, and cost targets are met. You will lead by example, actively participating in the sales cycle for high-value deals while also guiding your team to achieve their individual and collective goals. Your role will involve building relationships with key stakeholders and clients, evangelizing the value of Zerocater's onsite cooking, off-premise catering, snacks, and coffee products.

You will work closely with the CEO to align the sales strategy with the overall company vision, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Your focus will be on winning new 6, 7, and 8 figure logos, driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating a culture of excellence within the sales team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
