Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Analytical Lead to drive marketing performance and client consulting. You'll leverage your expertise in data analytics and online advertising to influence business decisions. This role requires 8+ years of experience in a related field.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field. Your background includes leading projects from planning through execution and delivery, showcasing your ability to manage complex initiatives effectively. You have experience working closely with clients, advising them on marketing and business performance, and influencing decisions through insights and measurement. Your expertise extends to online advertising, including Apps, Search, Display, and Video/TV, as well as website analytics tools like Google Analytics. You are skilled in performing marketing experiments, return on investment modeling, and statistical analyses, which allows you to derive actionable insights from data. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to deliver compelling narratives to audiences at all levels. You are driven by a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving swiftly through change to deliver extraordinary outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients as an industry advocate and analyst, helping them understand their total opportunity and the value delivered through Google’s advertising solutions. You will develop strategic measurement plans in partnership with external client sponsorship, ensuring that the Google and Specialist teams are aligned for execution. Your responsibilities will include analyzing datasets to identify actionable insights and communicating findings through presentations or dashboards. You will lead projects that require collaboration with data and measurement teams, bringing full problem-solving capabilities to customers. You will also be responsible for advising clients on marketing performance and influencing their decisions based on data-driven insights. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing experiments to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the solutions provided are tailored to drive business outcomes.
