Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in full-stack development, and you are comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems. Your expertise includes building scalable applications that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes. You are familiar with A/B testing and data-driven product development, which allows you to analyze user behavior effectively and iterate on features based on real-world feedback.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Your strong coding skills enable you to write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews, ensuring high engineering quality within your team. You are also interested in growth engineering and have a keen understanding of monetization strategies that can impact revenue.

Your experience includes familiarity with payments, checkout, or e-commerce systems, which gives you a solid foundation for understanding the nuances of user transactions and subscription management. You are comfortable working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changes and contributing to rapid iteration cycles.
