Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product analysis, particularly in the insurance or vendor management sectors — you understand the intricacies of onboarding processes and vendor performance metrics. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools, enabling you to create compelling dashboards that communicate key performance indicators effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of analytics-driven insights. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and inconsistencies in data, which helps in recommending process improvements. You are comfortable presenting your findings to senior leaders, articulating the impact of your recommendations on customer experience and risk management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze a wide array of inspection data streams across multiple vendors to identify performance trends and inconsistencies. You will develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for replacement cost estimation and onboarding processes. Partnering with the Data Science team, you will provide operational input and validate models that optimize inspections and vendor selection. You will build dashboards and reports to track inspection vendor outcomes, cycle times, and quality metrics, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Your recommendations will directly impact vendor performance, cost reduction, and onboarding efficiency, making you a key player in enhancing the overall operational strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Software, Data Management, and Underwriting, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure that analytics-driven insights are effectively integrated into business processes. Presenting your findings and recommendations to senior leaders will be a regular part of your role, allowing you to influence strategic decisions at the highest levels.
