What you'll do

As a Reception Coordinator II, you will play a crucial role in the Protective Operations team, responsible for securing the company’s personnel, property, and operations. You will manage complex operations, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that access control measures are effectively implemented. Your role will involve engaging directly with leadership, providing support during VIP meetings, and coordinating rocket transportation logistics.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and personnel, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between departments. You will also assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of the organization.
