Turing is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support People Leaders and Team Members in optimizing HR processes. This role requires experience in navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your creativity and expertise to become a trusted resource for People Leaders and Team Members. Navigating ambiguity is second nature to you, and you see it as an opportunity to build out and optimize scalable processes. Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced AI systems and their integration into business workflows. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for spotting business opportunities that align with HR strategies.
