Overview

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales within large enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. You'll focus on building strong relationships and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a passion for technology and proven sales experience.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Mid Market segment, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Your passion for technology drives you to understand customer needs deeply, allowing you to convey the value of innovative solutions effectively. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by personal and team success. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your approach, as you aim to establish loyal champions within your accounts who can guide and refer opportunities. You are skilled in negotiating favorable deals and have a strategic mindset that helps you forecast accurately and consistently achieve your goals.

Desirable

Experience working with enterprise-level accounts and familiarity with sales methodologies will set you apart. A background in technology sales, particularly in AI or operational efficiency solutions, is highly desirable. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect into a defined set of Mid Market accounts within your region, focusing on organizations with 2,000 to 10,000 employees. You will consistently build a strong sales pipeline, aiming for a target of four times your quota each quarter. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high forecasting accuracy and maintaining a clear understanding of your accounts' business needs. You will develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the quarterback for your territory and taking ownership of your personal success and outcomes. You will negotiate deals that align with both customer needs and company goals, contributing to the overall growth of Moveworks.
