You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who is eager to start a career in the automotive industry. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years old. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that vehicles are clean and presentable. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with your colleagues and customers.

What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that they meet our high standards before delivery. Regular washing and vacuuming of all inventory will be part of your routine, and you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and contribute to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What we offer

This is a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with the potential for increases based on performance. You will have the opportunity to progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit increases every 90 days.
