What you'll do

As a Senior Python Engineer at PandaDoc, you will focus on developing and expanding workflows and user flows for our product. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the summary page, which displays critical information relevant to different document types. This functionality is vital to our mission of enabling revenue organizations with automated, seamless Quote-to-Cash and agreement processes.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the features you develop meet user needs and align with our overall product strategy. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' document management processes.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that our codebase remains clean and maintainable. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve our development processes and product offerings.
