HubSpot is seeking a Partner Development Team Manager to lead their team in Bengaluru, India. You'll be responsible for developing the partner ecosystem and managing a team of Partner Development Managers. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in partner development.
You have a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally within partner development or business development, and possess the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving collective goals. Your experience includes hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that team members feel empowered and engaged in their work. You understand the importance of building a strong partner ecosystem and have a strategic mindset focused on driving partner-sourced business.
You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including partners and internal teams. You are passionate about fostering a culture of growth and development, both for yourself and your team members.
Experience in the CRM or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Upmarket space. You may also have a background in sales or marketing, which can enhance your ability to drive partner success and business growth.
As the Partner Development Team Manager, you will lead a team of Partner Development Managers, guiding them in their efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team, ensuring alignment with HubSpot's overall mission and goals. Your role will involve developing training programs and resources to support your team's growth and effectiveness in the field.
You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the tools and support necessary to succeed.
