Bloomerang is seeking a Mid-Level Account Executive to nurture relationships with nonprofit customers and help them maximize their impact using Bloomerang's solutions. This role requires strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
You are an experienced Account Executive with a strong blend of strategic thinking and leadership skills. You have a proven track record of nurturing customer relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. You understand the nonprofit sector and are passionate about making a tangible difference in the community. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect insights to impact effectively. You are results-oriented and thrive in a mission-driven culture that values purpose and innovation.
Experience in software sales or a similar field is a plus. Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and their unique challenges will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning about Bloomerang's solutions to better serve our customers. A background in customer success or account management would be beneficial as you guide clients through their journey with our platform.
As an Account Executive at Bloomerang, you will be a trusted partner to our core customers, nurturing relationships and helping them unlock even greater impact. You will become an expert in Bloomerang’s solutions, guiding customers to maximize their use of our purpose-built platform. You will introduce clients to new products and services that help their mission soar, ensuring they feel savvy and empowered to achieve their biggest goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to track performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of their investment in Bloomerang.
