You have the ability to engage and mentor your team effectively, ensuring they meet the highest standards during their shifts. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods, adapting to various environmental conditions.
Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus, as is familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable collaborating with various support teams to achieve business objectives.
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, motivating and supporting them to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and productivity.
